After renowned fitness guru Frank Medrano shared a picture of him on his Facebook page, he received thousands of likes, comments and shares.
The eight-year-old has built his physique thanks to a technique called calisthenics – a form of workout that uses only the body’s natural resistance through exercises like sit-ups, pull-ups and push-ups.
‘Brandon has a healthy diet consisting of cereal in the morning, fruit throughout the day and meat and two veg of an evening,’ added Mark.
The youngster’s dream is to represent Ireland at the Olympics and if he keeps up his current dedication then there’s no reason why he shouldn’t.
