A middle aged woman believed to be mentally unstable dropped her naked crying baby on the floor under flyover bridge at Kubwa Federal Housing in Abuja.
Passers-by are a bit scared to approach the semi-mad woman to avoid being attacked by this woman as no one knows her background or her aim.
