Usher’s ex-wife wants sole custody of their two children after a pool accident left her five-year-old son in a coma.

Raymond has filed court papers asking for an emergency hearing,
claiming her ex husband is “creating a dangerous environment” for their
children, after Usher Raymond V was injured in a pool accident.
According to TMZ Usher V got his arm stuck in a drain as he was supervised by the rapper’s aunt Rena Oden.
It
is the latest tragedy to hit the Usher family, a year ago Usher’s
stepson and Tameka’s child 11-year-old Kile Glover died two weeks after

Kile was hit in the head during a jet ski collision while riding an inner tube on a lake in Atlanta, Georgia.
During Kile’s two weeks on life support Usher and his ex wife were locked in a custody battle over Usher V and Naviyd, four.
Usher's
lawyer branded Tameka “incapable of being a proper parent” to their
children and said she “does not have the emotional stability or capacity
to bond with them, and therefore she is handicapped”. Usher rushed to his son's bedside

Tameka's attorney countered that Usher travels all the time
and does not have a good relationship with his mother. Usher's son was
reportedly rushed to hospital on Monday after an accident in the
singer's pool.
Usher V is in the intensive care unit at an Atlanta
hospital following the accident which happened at 6pm on Monday,
according to TMZ.
It is said the star's son got his arm caught in a
pool drain while playing in the water with his aunt after he saw a toy
stuck inside.
The boy's aunt and a maid attempted to free his arm
but they were unable to rescue him and two men working inside the house

He was given CPR before being rushed to the hospital where he is now being treated.
Pop star
Usher was not at home at the time but returned and travelled to the
hospital in the ambulance where he was joined by the his son's mother,
Tameka.
It is understood doctors have been running a series of tests at the hospital and say the boy will recover.
Usher has previously suffered heartache after Tameka's son Kile, who she had from a previous relationship, died at the age of 11 after a jet ski accident in 2012. SOURCE
